Muddy Buddy

There once was a boy named Buddy,
Who liked to play and get muddy,
One day it was raining,
And Buddy wanted entertaining.

So before it got dark,
Mummy took him to the park,
And off ran Buddy,
To go and get muddy.

Mummy pushed him on the swings,
Buddy thought he had wings,
Higher and higher he flew,
Until he thought he was going to spew.

Back home they head,
To get Buddy to bed,
He ran down the path,
Trying to hide from the bath.

Buddy dreamt of the swings,
And how they gave him wings,
Mummy kissed him goodnight,
And turned out the light.
